The story starts at a local grocer in Oslo, all the way back in 1879. A chance meeting between two coffee thirsty gentlement, Carl Solberg and Fritjof Hansen laid the foundation for what has become Norway’s leading speciality coffee roaster and supplier. Their shared passion to search for the world’s best cup of coffee took them to dedicaed farms across the globe.

This is a full-bodied and well-balanced roast. The flavors consist of ripe stone fruits, chocolate & caramel and the aroma of milk chocolate and nuts.
Our fruitiest espresso blend mixed from two different roasts; a dark and a light roast. The fruity tones from the light roast provide a good balance with the dark roast. The components in the blend vary from season and availability, but what the blends all have in common is that these are purchased directly from the coffee farms and cooperatives. This is a great blend for milk-based coffees.
